After having presence in Mumbai, Delhi/Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune, Timesaverz has now expanded to Chennai. Timesaverz is a home services startup, based in Mumbai, providing customers with a variety of household services as and when they are needed. These services range from handyman tasks to pest control and cleaning.

“The USP of the company lies in the fact that it uses available live data that offers actual
insights into its user’s spend pattern and applying it to better user experience in the future,”
Lovnish Bhatia, co-founder and COO of Timesaverz told Times of India.  “Another factor is the
e-cart payment flow plus automated processes that take away the requirement for a huge
backend team.”

Funding from the company’s founders, combined with board member Neville Taraporewalla
started Timesaverz. The company also received funding in its A-round series in 2015 through
Ronnie Screwvala’s Unilazer Venters after receiving investments from angel investors, including
Rajesh Sawhney.

The company intends to equalize before the financial year comes to a close. The expansion into
Chennai is a big step for Timesaverz in their larger goal of increasing the services they offer and
growing as a company.  “Timesaverz business operations with decent revenue contribution from two channels — B2C and B2B2C — has helped the company come to a stage where we are profitable in two out of the five service categories and three out of the five cities that we operate in,” Debadutta
Upadhyaya, co-founder and CEO of Timesaverz said. “Additionally, Timesaverz enjoys an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 48, repeat requests of 32% and an average work order of over Rs 2,500. Owing to the notable growth so far in a highly competitive market, Timesaverz is now expanding its operations to Chennai, a critical Indian metro.”
