After completing the testing phase the company started its formal operations from January 2017. With an average of conducting a diagnostic test every 1.25 minutes CallHealth claims to have conducted 297,747 tests from November 2015 – August 2017.A total of 661,822 calls have been attended, with attending a call every 48 seconds CallHealth has a repeat usage of 25 percent. With 23,822 doctor consultations and 357,755 customer orders executed CallHealth is adding a new user every 2.12 minute.

Currently having a base in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, CallHealth plans to expand to 100 cities in the next three years. It is also looking at customer education and engagement apart from adding to the customer base. in the future.
