Während des Tiefschlafs durchläuft der Körper verschiedene
Regenerationsprozesse wie Muskelwachstum und Gewebereparatur, die durch GH gefördert werden. In ähnlicher Weise muss
der Körper bei intensiver körperlicher Aktivität Muskelgewebe reparieren und aufbauen.
Die Einnahme von Proteinpulvern und ähnlichen Produkten ist für die meisten Menschen und auch für Sportler nicht

als fünf Stunden Sport pro Woche treibt, würde der Bedarf etwa ninety six bis a hundred and sixty Gramm betragen.
Es überrascht nicht, dass das künstlich hergestellte Hormon nicht

Der Einsatz dieses Hormons ist bei Schädel-Hirn-Traumas zugelassen, muss
aber unbedingt mit einem Arzt besprochen werden. Dass die Regeneration dadurch
beschleunigt wird, könnte bis dato von keinen eindeutigen Ergebnissen nachgewiesen werden. Ebenfalls liegt bei der Anti-Aging-Therapie mit HGH bislang keinen eindeutigen und
aussagekräftigen Nachweis, dass die Wachstumshormone den Körpern verjüngen. Zu den möglichen Nebenwirkungen gehören unter anderem Kopfschmerzen,
Sehschwäche, Hautverfärbung, Gewöhnung sowie gestörter Hormonhaushalt.

Diese Nebenwirkungen treten selbstverständlich nicht bei jedem auf oder fallen relativ schwach aus.
Die Einnahme von künstlichen Wachstumshormonen verbirgt wie andere künstliche Eingriffe gewisse Risiken. 👉 Das Wachstumshormon ist ein Peptidhormon, das
in der Hypophyse im Gehirn gebildet wird. Man nennt es
auch „growth hormone” (GH), „humane development hormone” (HGH), somatotropes
Hormon oder Somatotropin (STH).
Das Hormon menschliches Wachstumshormon (HGH) ist dafür
bekannt, die körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit zu
steigern, und zwar durch die Stimulierung von Kollagen. Das Hormon synthetisiert Kollagen in den Muskeln und Sehnen und erhöht allmählich die Muskelkraft und -leistung.
Dies ist eine der großartigen Anwendungen des menschlichen Wachstumshormons.
Bei der Einnahme von HGH wird keine Produktion angetrieben;
man nimmt HGH bereits in einer “fertigen” Type ein.
Gleichzeitig reguliert HGH den insulinähnlichen Wachstumsfaktor
1 hoch, was dazu führt, dass die Zellen die Aminosäureaufnahme und die Proteinsynthese erhöhen und den Proteinabbau verringern. Leider befindet sich MK 677 bei Wachstumshormonmangel noch in der präklinischen Entwicklung
und steht somit noch aus, von der FDA zugelassen zu werden. Es wird manchmal
in Kombination mit anabolen Steroiden verwendet,
um die Muskelmasse zu vergrößern und die sportliche Leistung zu verbessern.
Tierische sind den menschlichen ähnlicher und können daher leichter aufgenommen werden. Durch
eine geschickte Kombination unterschiedlicher Lebensmittel, etwa
Getreide mit Hülsenfrüchten kann man dies jedoch ausgleichen. Mit zunehmendem Alter benötigt der Körper etwas
mehr Protein, um seine Muskelmasse zu erhalten.
Es wurde festgestellt, dass dieses Hormon im Muskelgewebe anabol ist und sowohl die Größe (Hypertrophie) als auch
die Anzahl der Muskelzellen (Hyperplasie) erhöht. Die durch Hyperplasie bedingten Größenzuwächse bleiben nach diesen Wachstumseffekten auf unbestimmte Zeit bestehen. Bedeutsamer warfare jedoch die Tatsache, dass die FDA 1985 die
Entscheidung traf, von Leichen stammendes HGH zu verbieten, da es während des Extraktionsprozesses unmöglich warfare, 100% aller anderen möglichen Kontaminanten herauszufiltern.
Dies war eine sehr tödliche Gehirnerkrankung, der mehrere mit menschlichem Wachstumshormon behandelte Patienten erlegen waren.
Hormonelle Medikamente, die für anabole Zwecke verwendet werden,
können zu irreversiblen Wirkungen führen. Für
rekombinantes Wachstumshormon gibt es einige nicht zugelassene Schwarzmarktanbieter.
Somatotropin wird im Körper von der Hypophyse, der
Hirnanhangdrüse, produziert und vor allem während des Schlafs stoßweise ausgeschüttet.
Reguliert wird diese Ausschüttung durch ein Hormon (GHRH)
aus einer übergeordneten Hirnregion, dem Hypothalamus.
Der große Unterschied zwischen Steroiden und HGH liegt bei den Nebenwirkungen. Ganz einfach gesagt kann man festhalten, dass eine Steigerung der Wachstumshormon Freisetzung ein sehr wirksames Tool für jeden Bodybuilder sein kann,
der Muskelmasse aufbauen möchte. Zusätzlich aber auch für jeden Fitness Sportler, der neben dem Aufbau fettfreier Muskelmasse auch noch den Körperfettanteil reduzieren möchte.
