und Notfallversorgung für alle Menschen in unserer Umgebung.

Zum Jahreswechsel hat Christian Quack die Geschäftsführungen für
das Katholische Klinikum Mainz (kkm), das Heilig
Geist Hospital in Bingen (hgh) und für die hgh Service GmbH übernommen.
Zwingende gesetzliche Bestimmungen – insbesondere gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfristen – bleiben unberührt.

Die Spinalanästhesie als rückenmarksnahes Regionalanästhesieverfahren hat
einen festen Stellenwert bei dafür in Frage kommenden Operationen (z.B.

Hüft- oder Kniegelenksersatz, Kaiserschnitt, Hernienchirurgie).
Die Spinalanästhesie wird in örtlicher Betäubung mit einer speziellen, sehr dünnen Nadel durchgeführt, über die geringe Mengen Lokalanästhetikum in den Liquor (Nervenwasser) gespritzt wird.
Um eine effektive Schmerztherapie nach größeren Operationen im Bauchraum oder gynäkologischen Operationen sowie in der Geburtshilfe zu erreichen, bieten wir die thorakale bzw.

Wenn aufgrund des Krankheitsbildes oder des Krankheitsverlaufs
eine Intensivbehandlung erforderlich ist, erfolgt die Aufnahme oder Verlegung des Patienten auf die Intensivstation. Die interdisziplinäre Intensivstation verfügt über 6 Intensivbehandlungsbetten mit four Beatmungsplätzen. Um eine möglichst effektive, nebenwirkungsarme
und der Operation angepasste Schmerztherapie zu erreichen, bieten wir neben der
Patientenkontrollierten intravenösen Schmerztherapie (PCIA) auch mehrere ultraschallgestützte Regionalanästhesieverfahren an. Zur postoperativen Schmerztherapie kann hierbei an ausgewählte Nerven ein dünner
Katheter in Lokalanästhesie platziert werden, über den die Nerven kontinuierlich mit einem modernen Lokalanästhetikum umspült werden. Rechtzeitig vor
Beginn der Narkose wird den Kindern ein angstlösendes und beruhigendes
Medikament in Form eines intestine schmeckenden Safts verabreicht.
Vor der Narkoseeinleitung wird eine Venenverweilkanüle am Handrücken, am Unterarm oder an der Ellenbeuge platziert.
Das Legen der Kanüle wird von den Kindern gut akzeptiert.
Trotz ihres großen Engagements, notwendiger Anpassungen an die Nachfragesituation sowie über Jahre
ausgeprägter Kostendisziplin, musste das HGH

Unser Ziel ist es, Operationen und Untersuchungen für den Patienten so sicher
und angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Während des Eingriffs sorgen wir für die
Ausschaltung des Schmerzémpfindens und Aufrechterhaltung des
Schlafes. Wir beobachten und kontrollieren die sogenannten Vitalfunktionen wie Atmung und Kreislauf
und halten sie stabil.
Nach größeren Operationen im Bauchraum oder gynäkologischen Operationen sowie in der Geburtshilfe bieten wir,
um eine effektive Schmerztherapie zu erreichen, die thorakale bzw.
Die interdisziplinäre Intensivstation verfügt über 6 Intensivbehandlungsbetten mit
2 Beatmungsplätzen, wovon je 3 Betten der internistischen und der operativen Intensivmedizin zugeordnet sind.
Nach größeren Bauchoperationen oder unfallchirurgischen Operationen intensivmedizinisch überwacht und behandelt.
Auch gehört die differenzierte Beatmungstherapie bei Störungen des
Gasaustausches der Lungen und die Behandlung von Schockzuständen oder septischen Patienten zu den Aufgaben der Intensivtherapie.
Die operative Intensivmedizin wird von der Anästhesieabteilung verantwortlich geleitet.
Die Versorgung von Wunden erfolgt durch die Chirurgen der Fachabteilung Allgemeine Chirurgie.

Bei Wunden, die bereits bei der stationären Aufnahme bestehen, erfolgt eine erste Versorgung in der
Notaufnahme.
Mit den regionalen Pflegeeinrichtungen, ambulanten Pflegediensten und sonstigen Leistungserbringern stehen wir in einem engen Austausch.
Unser erfahrenes Staff – bestehend aus Frau Dr. Ackermann-Grüger, Herrn Natig Gasimzade
und drei engagierten Praxismitarbeiterinnen – bietet Ihnen eine wohnortnahe, hausärztliche Versorgung direkt vor Ort.
In den kommenden vier Jahren stellen die beiden Kommunen insgesamt rund 15 Millionen Euro
zur Verfügung, um die Klinik zu stabilisieren und als wichtigen Baustein für den Gesundheitssektor im Landkreis zu
erhalten.
